The world's deepest diving pool, who will try the depth
Deepspot, the world's deepest diving pool, opened on November 21st. Deepspot is located in Mszczynów, a town in central Poland, about 40 kilometers away from the capital Warsaw.

Construction of the diving pool started in 2018. The entire project used 1,100 tons of steel and the internal pipeline was 4 kilometers long. The diving pool is 45.4 meters deep, equivalent to the height of 11-12 floors. The internal water storage capacity is 8,000 cubic meters, which is 27 times that of an ordinary 25-meter swimming pool.

The Deepspot diving pool is an ideal place for beginners and professional divers to practice skills. It is mainly divided into two parts. The upper 20 meters can be used for free diving and scuba diving. The lower part is designed with 5 layers of artificial underwater caves with different depths to simulate the marine environment. Explore", technical diving is possible.

The diving pool also has the remains of an underwater Mayan civilization and a small shipwreck, water scuba diving and free "expedition" for divers.

The glass passages of the diving pool, meeting rooms and hotel rooms can all enjoy the view of the pool. People can see the space below 20 meters and can also take a walk in the special underwater tunnel.
The Guinness World Record holder for the former diving pool is a 42-meter deep pool in Montegrotto Terme, Italy. The title of the world’s number one diving pool in Poland will not be maintained for too long, because the “Blue Abyss” diving pool with a depth of 50 meters in the UK is planned to open in 2021.
