On November 12, Sanya officially released the "Sanya Surfing Tourism Service Standards" and "Sanya Diving Tourism Service Standards", which provided clear directions for enterprises to improve service quality and operating procedures. The two regulations apply to any form of surfing and diving tourism business activities within the jurisdiction of Sanya City. Both stipulate the terms and definitions of surfing and diving tourism, service rules, risk management, quality management, complaint handling services, access and withdrawal mechanism and other requirements.

The "Sanya Diving Tourism Service Specification" proposes to publicize the diving price list (including content, price, duration, etc.), diving equipment price list (such as one-time mouthpiece, etc.), and the price of extended services such as underwater shooting and sea conditions of the day (including wind, wind direction, temperature, water temperature, sea visibility, wave forecast, etc.). The business premises must provide storage cabinets, dilution rooms, changing rooms, and toilets. There must be a fixed classroom for diving training. The staff must have a health certificate to work, and the appearance is dignified and tidy.

The Sanya Surfing Industry Professional Committeee and the Sanya Diving Industry Professional Committee were established at the press conference, and letters of appointment were issued to the members of the professional committee. The professional committee will launch the "Star Stores" program and the "Industry Skills Competition", aiming to promote the improvement of internal services in the industry, establish a healthy competition order, and expose and promote selected stores so that more tourists can experience Sanya's high-quality sports travel services.
